Items in stock will usually be dispatched the following day, but please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery.
We use Royal Mail standard delivery.
The cost of postage is ￡4.95 per order.
We have weekly deliveries to schools during term-time (Thursday), or customers can place their order online and collect the items at the store in person.
If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. You will be informed of this by email.
If your order is urgent, please phone or email to check stock availability.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange.
Should you wish to return or exchange any items, please phone or email us for assistance.
There is a form to be completed in the returns section, which can be found at the bottom of the home page. This will provide a RMA number, which is needed for all returns.
Returns must be made within 21 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, so please ensure you obtain proof of posting. Items can also be returned to the store in person.
Please be aware that items delivered to the school must be returned to the store, rather than the school.
